With nearly 20 years of experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Liz ensures that safeguarding practices are culturally sensitive and take into account the diverse backgrounds of young people.
Her expertise lies in developing safeguarding policies that offer equitable protection to all children, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, disability, or other factors, affirming every child's right to safety and protection.
Liz’s training covers safeguarding principles, establishing culturally safe environments and inclusion, and provides guidance for organisations on recognising and addressing the unique needs of children and young people from diverse backgrounds.
